PhD candidate in Gerontology at the School of Medical Sciences, State University of Campinas (Unicamp), with a research stay at Radford University (Virginia, USA). Holds a Master of Science in Gerontology from the University of São Paulo (USP), where he studied home-based music therapy with couples living with Alzheimer’s disease. Earned a Bachelor's degree in Music Therapy from Faculdades Metropolitanas Unidas (FMU). Former secretary of the Brazilian Union of Music Therapy Associations. Professor in postgraduate programs in Music Therapy and Gerontology. Organizer and author of the book Music Therapy and Gerontology – Theory and Practice (Alínea Publishing, Campinas, 2023).
