The organization is certified by the Music & Memory program and has spent the last five years developing community music programs, both in person and digitally, to aid in the well being of residents in several nursing homes located in the rural Catskill Mountains of upstate New York.
Pamela has been a professional musician and teaching artist for over thirty years. She began performing in nursing homes and for hospice in Ohio and Michigan in the mid 1990’s and after moving to NYC in 2000, trained and performed in NYC hospitals with Musicians On Call. In 2003, she moderated the Power of Music panel at the Global Entertainment Summit, featuring Dr. Connie Tomaino of the then Music Has Power Foundation.
