Short Biography:
Pauline is a yoga facilitator and dancer drawn to practices that deepen her love for movement, sound, truth and freedom. Her journey spans Indian classical dance Bharata Natyam, Ashtanga yoga, Argentine tango, frame drumming, and voice exploration. Inspired by ancient rituals, Pauline founded Mantra & Mudra, an explorative practice that unites timeless Sanskrit chants with self-inquiry. Her "heart project" with the Stockholm Cosmic Choir is to merge voices in a collective prayer for peace and remembrance.
Certified as a Sound Therapy Facilitator in 2024, Pauline seeks to transcend concepts and stories, enabling free expression, improvisation, and an open curiosity for the diverse forms that help us play, connect, and expand.
